COVID-19 Update, December 18, 2020
Reporting COVID-19 cases over the Break
Throughout the holiday break, the board still has a responsibility to advise our communities in the event of a positive COVID-19 result from within a student’s bubble or class. This will allow us to continue to notify parents and employees of possible COVID-19 exposure as we have been doing since August.
FROM December 17 to December 20: Continue to report all positive test results to your child’s school as usual via email to your school principal.
FROM December 21 to January 2: If your child receives a positive COVID-19 test result, log into your Mozaik Portal account to notify the school. Follow the simple steps indicated. This notification will trigger an email to class bubbles, administration, and implicated teachers and staff. You can find the link for the COVID-19 Reporting Over the Holidays form by clicking on the orange-colored Resources button in the Mozaik portal.
FROM January 3 to January 10: If your child receives a positive COVID-19 result, report the case to your school by sending an email to the school principal.
I would like to thank you in advance for your collaboration on this very important public health matter. By reporting any positive COVID-19 results to us over the break, we will be able to work together and continue doing everything that is required to contain the spread of the virus. Our common goal is to keep our students and staff as safe and as healthy as possible. Wishing you and your loved ones all the best this holiday season.
