Q: How can I view my child's record?
A: To access a student record, click on your child's first name to the right of the photo or on the record tile.

A: Information about school transportation is available from the student record. Click on your child's first name to the right of the photo or on the record tile.
Q: Where can I find my child's subjects and teachers?
A: If the school decides to display this information, you will find the list of subjects and the names of the teachers in your child's record. To access the record, click on your child's first name to the right of the photo or on the record tile.
Q: Can I communicate directly with my child's teachers?
A: You can contact any teachers who have decided to publish their email address.
Q: Why can't some teachers be reached by email?
A: It is up to the teachers to decide whether or not to publish their email address.
Q: How can I communicate with the school?
A: Click on the Contact Us link at the bottom left of the screen to view the name of the principal and the school's contact information. Other people to contact in particular situations may also be listed at the discretion of the school.
Q: Why don't I see student records for all of my children?
A: 1. The school may not be registered with the Portal.
2. You may have provided different email addresses to the schools attended by your children. Contact the school concerned to make the correction.
Q: Why do I see the record for a child who is not related to me?
A: There has been an error in recording your email address. Contact the school to make the necessary correction.
Q: Why aren't the same tiles displayed for all my children?
A: Each school decides which tiles it wants to display.
Q: Why can't I view account statements for my child's school and/or daycare service?
A: The school and daycare service generate PDF documents for display in the Portal. Account statements are not viewable until these documents have been created.
Q: Why does my account show an outstanding balance when I have already paid the school or daycare service?
A: The school and daycare service generate PDF documents to update account statements. Account statement updates are not viewable until this has been done.
Q: Which browsers are supported?
A: The Parent Portal supports the most recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer 11 and Edge.
